Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“these Terms”) set out the ground rules for using Japan TCG Lottery Board (“this site”). They are shared by four sites run by the same individual (the “operator”): Japan TCG Lottery Board (chusen-board.com), HOBBY RADAR (hobby-radar.com), GACHA BOARD (gacha-board.com) and 抽選カプセル (a card lottery list, chusen-capsule.com). Please read them before using this site; if you use it, you are asked to follow these Terms. Established and effective 24 October 2026. This English version is a translation provided for convenience; if it differs from the Japanese text, the Japanese text prevails.
Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms apply to everyone who views or uses this site (“users”).
How visitor information is handled is set out in each site’s privacy policy: /en/privacy/ on Japan TCG Lottery Board, HOBBY RADAR and GACHA BOARD, and the “Privacy” (プライバシー) section of the About page (/about/#privacy, Japanese only) on 抽選カプセル. Analytics by Microsoft Clarity are used on all four sites.
The privacy policies (on 抽選カプセル, the About page) also cover republishing and automated collection, to the same effect. Articles 8 and 9 of these Terms set this out in more detail; where the two can be read differently, these Terms apply.
These Terms are one text shared by the four sites above. On each page, “this site” means the site that page is on.
Article 2 (What this site is)
Japan TCG Lottery Board lists lottery sales (抽選販売) of Pokémon cards and other card games, nearest deadline first, based on the notices that shops and makers publish themselves. It also has links to application pages, buying guides, product pages and a blog.
HOBBY RADAR shows restocks, pre-orders and lotteries for hobby goods such as Gunpla, figures, 30MM, Pokémon model kits, Tamagotchi and Beyblade X, based on public shop pages (read about every 10 minutes) and Amazon product information.
GACHA BOARD presents release information for capsule toys (gacha) and candy toys (食玩) as a catalogue and a calendar.
抽選カプセル lists card-game lottery sales by closing day (in Japanese only).
The operator is neither the maker nor the seller of the products listed. This site does not run lotteries and does not sell products.
Apart from taking part in the affiliate programmes described in Article 6 (Amazon Associates and Rakuten Affiliate), the operator is not affiliated with any maker, publisher or shop, and is not approved or recommended by any of them.
Article 3 (No sign-up; marks kept in your browser)
This site has no sign-up, no accounts and no contact form, and we take no payments. You are never asked to enter your name, e-mail address or similar details.
Some pages (for example on Japan TCG Lottery Board) let you mark a lottery as “applied” (応募済み), “skipping” (見送る) and so on. These marks are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and are not sent to the operator’s servers, so the operator cannot restore marks that are lost.
However, on the sites that use Microsoft Clarity, actions on the page, including pressing a mark button, are recorded for analytics. For this and for the records of link clicks, see the privacy policy.
Marks are not carried over if you clear your browser data (site data, cookies, etc.) or switch to another device or browser. In private browsing they disappear when the window is closed. They do not sync between devices.
Article 4 (Accuracy of the information)
What is listed is compiled by the operator from notices and public pages, but misreadings, late updates and omissions can leave wrong or out-of-date information on the site.
Where this site and a shop’s or maker’s notice disagree, follow the notice.
Stock and prices that are read automatically show their state at the moment they were read. Later changes may take time to appear, and a reading may be wrong.
As a rule, prices are shown with when they were read, or a note such as “at time of listing”. We take care not to present a shop’s or Amazon’s selling price as the list price (the manufacturer’s suggested retail price).
Before applying or buying, always check the latest information on the shop’s or maker’s own page.
Article 5 (Applications, purchases and external sites)
Applying for a lottery or buying a product takes place between you and the shop, maker, Amazon, Rakuten or other party, under that party’s own terms. The operator is not a party to it and receives neither payments nor personal details.
Please direct questions about winning or losing, shipping, cancellation, returns or refunds to the shop you applied to or bought from.
This site links to external sites such as shops, makers and Amazon. The content, terms, handling of personal information and availability of those sites are decided by whoever runs them.
Linked pages may be removed or changed, for example after a lottery closes. The operator is not responsible for the content of linked sites or for transactions made on them.
Article 6 (Advertising and affiliate links)
Pages on Japan TCG Lottery Board, HOBBY RADAR, GACHA BOARD and 抽選カプセル contain affiliate links. Links to Amazon.co.jp are through the Amazon Associates Program, and GACHA BOARD also uses Rakuten affiliate links.
As an Amazon Associate, Japan TCG Lottery Board, HOBBY RADAR, GACHA BOARD and 抽選カプセル earn from qualifying purchases.
If you buy a product or sign up for a service through one of these links, the operator may receive a commission. The commission is paid by the selling side, such as Amazon or Rakuten, and the amount you pay does not change.
Parts of pages that contain advertising or affiliate links are labelled “PR”, “advertisement”, “affiliate link” or similar. Advertising that cannot be recognised as advertising (so-called stealth marketing) has been regulated under Japan’s Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations since October 2023, and the labels are there so that nothing on this site becomes that.
Whether a commission is paid never changes the information itself (the deadlines, stock or prices shown). In sections that introduce products, such as “Search on Amazon” (Amazonで探す), items that are viewed often or have earned commissions may be shown first.
Article 7 (Copyright, trademarks and image sources)
The operator holds the copyright in this site’s text, tables and design, and in the illustrations and share images (share cards) the operator made. The lists, too, reflect the operator’s own choices about which notices to include and how to present them.
On the other hand, the operator claims no rights in individual facts as such, such as closing dates, product names or prices.
Product images are supplied through Amazon’s product information API, come from Rakuten Ichiba listings (GACHA BOARD), or are illustrations made by this site. The rights in images from Amazon or Rakuten Ichiba remain with those companies or with the sellers and other rights holders, and the operator cannot license their use.
Names and logos of games, products and characters (Pokémon Trading Card Game, ONE PIECE CARD GAME, BANDAI, etc.) are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. This site uses them only to identify products.
Showing these names or images does not mean that any rights holder approves of, is affiliated with or recommends this site. If you are a rights holder and have a concern about something shown, please let us know through the contact in Article 13; we will look into it and respond.
Article 8 (Quotes, summaries and links are welcome)
You are welcome to quote or summarise a page, naming this site and the page URL as the source and linking to that page. AI answers to someone’s question that cite this site as the source and link to it are welcome too.
You may link freely to any page of this site without telling us first, including pages other than the top page. Sharing on social media is welcome.
When quoting, please: (1) keep the quote to what you need, so that your own text or work is the main part and the quote the smaller part; (2) not rewrite the content in a way that misleads; and (3) not suggest that this site or the operator recommends or supports you or your products or services.
Article 9 (Prohibited acts and how breaches are handled)
Automated collection: collecting this site’s content automatically with programs, scraping tools, AI agents or similar tools (including collecting in bulk or on a schedule) is prohibited. Using collected content to build datasets, train AI models, or create the same list on another site, app or social media account is also prohibited.
Automated access we allow: crawling by search services (including AI search and answer services) in order to show and link pages in their results or answers is allowed, to the extent this site’s robots.txt does not refuse it. Collection for training AI models is not part of this. An AI assistant that opens a page each time a person asks it to, and uses it in an answer that cites and links this site, is also allowed.
Other prohibited acts: (1) republishing or redistributing all or a substantial part of the lists, tables or text without permission, or using them to create the same list elsewhere; (2) showing this site’s pages inside another site’s frame or iframe as if they were that site’s pages; (3) embedding the address of this site’s images (illustrations, share cards, etc.) in pages of another site or app to display them (link previews that social media show automatically are excepted); (4) leaving out the source (this site’s name and URL), or replacing it with another source, when quoting or introducing content; (5) putting excessive load on, attacking, or probing the servers for weaknesses; (6) impersonating the operator, or pretending to be connected with the operator or this site; (7) breaking the law, infringing the rights of others, or causing trouble or harm to others.
Breaches: when the operator finds access that amounts to any of the above, the operator may stop connections from that source, for example through Cloudflare settings. As the operator usually has no way to contact the source, this may happen without prior notice. If it continues, the operator will ask for it to stop and, where needed, take steps available under the law.
Article 10 (Limitation of liability)
The operator is liable for loss you suffer only where the operator acted intentionally or negligently. Even for loss such as a missed deadline, a lost lottery, a price that changed, marks lost from your browser or the site being unavailable, the operator is not liable if there was no intent or negligence on the operator’s part.
If the operator’s negligence (other than gross negligence) causes you loss, the operator’s liability is limited to the direct and ordinary part of that loss.
The limit in the previous paragraph does not apply to loss caused by the operator’s intent or gross negligence.
Article 11 (Changes to the service and to these Terms)
As the sites are run by one person, the operator may change how pages look or work, or suspend or close all or part of a site. It may not always be possible to announce this in advance.
These Terms are changed only where the change is in users’ interest, or is reasonable in light of its purpose, content and other circumstances. Before a change applies, the new text and the date it applies from are posted on this site. The revision date is shown at the top of the page.
Article 12 (Language versions, severability and governing law)
The Japanese text of these Terms is the original. The English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese versions are translations for convenience (抽選カプセル is in Japanese only); where they differ, the Japanese text prevails.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid under law (including Japan’s Consumer Contract Act), the other provisions remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan. If a problem arises between a user and the operator concerning these Terms or this site, both will try to resolve it through good-faith discussion.
Article 13 (Contact)
This site has no contact form. Please contact the operator through the Threads account https://www.threads.com/@tcgpromo67 (for example by direct message). For 抽選カプセル, the Threads account shown on that site, https://www.threads.com/@japancapsuletoy, can be used as well.
Reports of mistakes in the listings, or of lotteries that have ended or changed, are welcome too.
Supplementary provision
These Terms were established on 24 October 2026 and take effect on the same day.
